OREO TRUFFLES
Ingredients:
15-20 Oreo Cookies
Half of a block of cream cheese (softened)
3/4 cup of chocolate chips
Half of a block of cream cheese (softened)
3/4 cup of chocolate chips
Directions:
1. Crush up the Oreo cookies. There are lots of ways of doing this. The easiest way is to put the Oreos in a bag and smash them. If you don't have a bag, you can also just put them in a bowl and crush them with a fork.
2. Mix the Oreo pieces with the half-block of softened cream cheese. Keep mixing until it is completely combined. It should resemble a really thick, wet sand.
3. Roll your mixture into small balls. Put them in the fridge for about a half hour to firm up.
4. After the Oreo balls are chilled, melt your chocolate in the microwave. Put the chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl (it will say if it's microwave-safe on the bottom of it!) and heat for 30 seconds at a time. In between each 30 seconds, take the bowl out and mix it a bit. Keep putting it back in the microwave for 30 seconds until the chocolate is totally melted.
5. This next part is messy, but fun! Dip the chilled Oreo balls into the melted chocolate and then place them on a baking sheet or plate. Once all of the Oreo balls are coated in the chocolate, let them rest in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes until the chocolate is hardened.
6. ENJOY!!!

CHOCOLATE MARSHMALLOW FUDGE
Ingredients
1/2 can Condensed Milk
3/4 Cups Chocolate Chips
1/2 Cup Marshmallows
3/4 Cups Chocolate Chips
1/2 Cup Marshmallows
Directions
1. Take out something you will pour the fudge onto for it to set. I'm going to use a baking sheet, but you can also use a plate. Anything that is flat will work.
2. Using the microwave, heat up the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Set the microwave for 30 seconds and then take the bowl out to stir it. Keep putting it back in for 30 seconds until the chocolate chips have melted.
3. This next part needs to happen quickly! Pour in the 1/2 can of condensed milk into the melted chocolate chips and stir it around. You should notice that it will get thick very quickly. You only need to stir it together for about ten seconds and then pour the mixture onto your flat surface (baking sheet, plate, etc).
4. Add the marshmallows on top and decorate!
5. Set the fudge in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes for it to set. When it's chilled, cut it into pieces and serve!
